Ratings and reviews

Since the upgrade, I have not been able to log in because I'm also stuck at verifying BVN. Customer service have not been responsive to calls or emails about this issue. Its been over a month since this update with the same issue. I would imagine GTB would have been able to come up with a concise solution to this. There is a reason this app upgrade was hyped by the bank but sadly has not allowed so many of us to experience a simple task as logging in.

Transaction slow most times and once you do an update, it becomes really temperamental until uninstall and reinstall. Made the above review months ago, and since then have uninstalled and reinstalled severally, the app is just so pragmatic, it disappoints you when you need it to on top of its game, I've had to resort to internet banking a few times when no options. Like now can't even see my transaction histories gosh! Using Android 13, on app latest version. Pls do something fast frustrating

This is a very confusing experience. It took me an hour to figure it out WITH HELP. Besides, why do you need access to my contacts and it is a COMPULSORY step? The interface is NOT user friendly. Neither is it aesthetically appealing. Even sending this feedback is a problem. It says invalid format. I think it is forcing me to complete 500 words. Please make the app more flexible.
