Unfair with the customer. Some drivers are Rude if it's inconvenient to them to send the order some of them will ask you to go where they are not in the exact location. Cancelling the order Infront of the customer. The delivery time extended because of the argument about the location. Customer service is unfair doesn't listen the costumer's side even with proof at least some consideration to both sides.😡

I was sent the wrong item... I had to reorder so I paid twice... Two weeks later and still no sign of returning my money back.. all I get told is the issue is being delt with and will be contacted soon... Will teach me a lesson to never pay until I receive my order and check it!!! Too quick to take the money... Very reluctant to give it back when they make a mistake Update: I've sent an email to complain... Waiting to see if they respond and return my money back after a month of waiting

Before it is good, I have a subscription for 1 year and will expire in october. Suddenly, I just updated my app. And showed it was deleted and can't be retrived. I also reached for the help centre, but they can't get back may subscription. Still not april 25 no update regarding my concern.
