this is the worst and I mean The WORST app. I ordered a fridge door because mine was broken, i gave them every single information I could give about the fridge door size color company and everything else but imagine what happened they brought wrong size and color and company and everything else and customer service is as bad.

Very disappointing service. My order has still not been delivered even after more than 72 hours. I live in the city and for the last 48 hours the tracking has been stuck on ‘Shipped’ with no movement. There is no visibility on the delivery process at all. I tried calling customer service and even contacted them on WhatsApp, but received no support. Extremely poor experience — if there was an option for zero stars, I would choose that.
