the worst online app experience , i requested 9 devices of kitchen appliance and i paid online they said that delivery would be within 5 days this was at 6/2 now we are at 23/2 nothing reached , i called them more than 6 times and they tell me at first that some devices are out of stock ?! but in the app they appear in stock , then i call them they told me that the devices are in stock now i ask them when they will be reached their reply was we dont no ?! اوعوا تشتروا منهم ياجماعة نصابين بجد

I order tablet but it's cancel from store so now I need refund money almost 14days still not refunded and no one answering even Whatsapp and email.please fix this

I placed an order on December 2nd and mistakenly selected the Al Duwadimi store for pickup, but I live in Riyadh. It is now December 8th, and I have been trying to cancel this order for the past six days. Every time I contact customer service, they only say, "Our representative will contact you." They have the worst customer care. I recommend to other people never buy from extra store.
