Ratings and reviews

I placed an order on December 2nd and mistakenly selected the Al Duwadimi store for pickup, but I live in Riyadh. It is now December 8th, and I have been trying to cancel this order for the past six days. Every time I contact customer service, they only say, "Our representative will contact you." They have the worst customer care. I recommend to other people never buy from extra store.

i had an order which have taken 2weeks when i contact extra customer care the just tell me to contact shipa ....then shipa my order keeps on saying failed to deliver 😒 am very frastrated with this and on the app they say 4days to delivery until now i havent receive my order don't waste time ordering here if you want your order to take like a month
