Buggy software - crashes regularly on simple functions, like getting a 14-day usage report. Limited functionality and real-time reporting!! Would be great if it remembered key data, like email addresses to send reports to. Would be useful if reports would be available in .csv format in addition to the static PDF, as there are no useful totals in the pdf version.

After the update, nothing is working at all, it keep displaying timeout and unknown error after inputting the otp, making it difficult to login to the app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app yet no success, it seems to have bugs, please fix.

I have failed to access my account. The app keeps asking me to turn off wifi even when I am using MTN data. Something very off. You need to check the server settings. I think this app can't work on the Samsung S series, and that's weird.
