Challenging to actually get set up. I kept entering my e-mail address to register and got a useless "POST ERROR" message. After several attempts it worked, but it did not accept my password. Again after many attempts it appeared to work. I kept trying to log in but my password was not accepted. It did not tell me that I first needed to check my e-mail to verify the account. I did this and the app finally let me in. I clicked on "My Services" and got a blank page. Every time I log in a get an error that says "UNABLE TO VALIDATE VERSION". It has asked me about push notification enabling twice.

App keeps crashing for me when I'm trying to speak with a counselor app closes itself 10 times in a row even during mid conversation. That is unacceptable what if I was suicidal when trying to reach someone and started self harming then what? I'm just trying to improve my mental health. The way this application has been performing has been needless to say less than satisfying or helpful. In my effort to improve myself as a person mentally.

Asked me for my birthday way too many times. Buttons are not labelled correctly and hidden behind other unrelated buttons. Wouldnt accept the password i set until after multiple tries and then i had to wait 10 minutes for an email before i could even sign in (they dont tell you that) i somehow managed to do an application for myself and was just met with a message "you will be called in the specified window" without mentioning what the window was. Asked for an email and it never came. 🤞somethin
