Good service but terrible app. Got there after projected time. Had gotten an email that the food was ready. They were slammed to doing their best. Took an extra 20 minutes before my food was ready. They need to fix the communication between the app and sending notifications to the user. If you can't get this tiny little piece right, then don't offer it. Again service was good at location, app sucks. Also, need to be able to order without a side

The app has gotten much better since it initially launched when creating an account was almost impossible. Not sure where else feedback can be submitted, but there's a bug when entering the unique rewards code from the receipt. The text field becomes zoomed in when the keyboard is open making it so you can't see what's being typed in as you enter the code.

I absolutely love panda express....my favorite....the app is so great to have and easy to use. And with every purchase you get points. With so many points you can start redeeming for free or discounted food items. I love it. If I had to say something though on the points that you get I think it really should have it where you can use your points for more free items instead of discounted items. It gives the ones buying food something better to look forward to. But all in all the app is great ...
