I paid for though Bank transfer but then automated system still charged me and it's with late fee. On the app my payment is still under review but it's more than 1 - 2 business day already I send emails with proofs many time and customers service is really no help at all.. The loan application is very fast but interest rate is so high plus there is no way to reach Customer service but only via email. Still up until now my concern is not resolved.

If there is a negative review, I will give it. I paid before my due date through bank transfer on 30May but after weeks of sharing all my receipt including SOA, this app said that they didn't receive the payment. To avoid further additional charges I paid again with the penalty of 5days. We agreed on recalling my transaction -the one that they said they did not received, but it's been 10days and they didn't do anything of approving it on their side , NO RESPONSE AT ALL. ⚠️BEWARE OF THIS APP⚠️

More then 3 years I am attached with this app with good records. I get loan before one month, and I have pay through bank transfer before due date on 6 June now they are making drama saying we did not receive any amount I have send my bank records by email also I have submitte many times on app but not solved issue so plz be aware from this app
