very poor experience. not recommended. Money got deducted from bank acc to execute prepaid reacharge. But because of EG payment app's some issue, transaction failed. While raising concern to customer support, they refunded my money back to EG payment wallet but not to my Bank acc. They told the pre-paid plan what i am trying is not possible from their app, but I used to do it using other app. I requested them to refund it back to my account but they directly saying not possible.

absolutely not recommended, fraudulent app, i selected a recharge plan from the given list on their application, accordingly added that much amount into the wallet, and when I tried making payment through wallet Pop up came tht select a valid plan, i called customer care number they were rude and they told me that plan has been discontinued so your wallet balance no refund... if plan is discontinued then y that application was showing the plan options... forwarding my issue to consumer forum....

The app’s interface looks outdated and not user-friendly. It would be great to have a more modern design and a night mode option for better usability, especially during low-light conditions.
