Ratings and reviews

Bluetooth is outdated when it comes to pet automated products! This app requires the exact location from your phone but if you aren't in your home it won't tell you what's happening with the fountain. It's not worth the money if you can't tell me when I am having an issue with the fountain while I'm not home. Plus size the cats like the constant water moving and they are drinking more.

Great product, only tip i would give to new buyers is to turn off the automatic cleaning until your cats get use to the new cat box. The cleaning is very quite but my cats got freaked out by seeing it move the first time and refused to use it for a few days. They are more comfortable with it now, i currently just use the "clean now" option but I will be turning back on the automatic clean soon. Just a tip for new buyers so you don't have to learn the hard way, like I did.

App is garbage. It's poorly designed and poorly architected. It isn't possible to configure the Petkit app and devices to work correctly with secure, modern networking devices. Petkit support will ask you to take extremely risky steps... disabling network security measures to connect their devices. If you're savvy enough to see through such suggestions you may be able to set up a quarantined guest network. Broken connectivity, app errors, and annoying up-selling are normal with Petkit tech.
