About this app

NOW import exercise and other health data from FitBit!

When paired with the POGO Automatic® blood glucose monitor, the Patterns app makes managing your diabetes even easier than using Pogo alone! Consider it your virtual assistant in tracking your blood glucose values over time.

In this version of Patterns, you can:
• Set upper and lower glucose limits, let’s call it a range. You can set up alerts that notify your loved ones of your location and if you are out of that range, having a low or high.

• Take a look at time you spent in range over time. Do you see any patterns (with Patterns)? Look for trends to see if there are small changes you can make to improve your glucose control.

• Set reminder notifications to check your glucose. You choose the time(s) of day that work for you.

• Add notes to your readings. Now you don’t have to remember what you ate yesterday for lunch. Patterns can do it for you. You can also add insulin dosing, carbs, and calories eaten.

• Create a summary report and send it to your loved ones and healthcare team. Expect kudos and a high five!

• Intuity tests this application on previous versions of this operating system for backwards compatibility. We officially support Android v13, v12 and v10

When it works, it works. The trouble is getting it to work. I have had this app for a little over a week now and was only able to get it to open twice and sync once. When trying to log in there is always an unknown error. On top of that, I keep getting emails multiple times a day saying I missed my testing window. Umm, no I didn't. The app wouldn't open to record it. 🤦‍♂️

I am very disappointed with the Patterns for POGO app because it does not sync every time. The app is why I chose this brand to be able to monitor my progress, and since it doesn't sync each time, I do NOT have an accurate account of my readings. Is there a way to sync the app to the meter after several readings have been taken? Instead of just hoping it will sync after each reading, I can not use Bluetooth to upload to my computer even when I use a cord. Please improve this app!!

Patterns for POGO is useless to me. To comply with the password protocols is difficult when suffering from tremors. Or didn't your programmers think about that? Also, you need to include instructions about Bluetooth settings up front instead of surprising the user with it on the back end. One reason for selecting POGO was to be able to transmit data to my physician. That's not apparently available to me now. Not all of your users have had previous experience with Bluetooth.
