back order after back order. only ship once a month unless you complain. cancel orders without telling you. constantly not carrying products any longer. Used to ship when ordered. Never any back orders. Always had what I needed. I'm looking for a new supplier. Don't get involved with Byrum. Not sure what or who changed this past year, but something did.

The company website, the customer service and the product.....not good. I am always disappointed with the product. I get 6 monitors and when they work, they are very helpful. But with each order, at least 1 doesn't work at all, ends before the 14 days is up or falls off, the billing department is always wrong with balance due and general information, the customer service people are nice but not helpful at all. The company gets a big thumbs down from me.

I've had the worst time getting all my order for the last 3 or 4 orders. at this point I'm just feed up with this company. They won't you to order on line and when you do you can't get what you order. Everything comes separate and for what reason. I pay for all my stuff on time. not understanding why, then when you talk to someone they rushing you off the phone.
