Ever since I started paying directly to Napster, and at a higher price, the quality of listening has gone down greatly. Every update gets worse. When I try and listen to music I can't tell you how many times it says "playback failed skipping to next song" and this is constantly. I have had this account and app for years before Napster bought out Rhapsody. Do better or lose a very long term customer, please.

I set the app to unrestricted battery use but there's no audible music after a few seconds to a couple minutes--despite the app showing the music is playing. Or music stops/freezes half way through every song. And I can't see or add the app to the Sleeping, Never sleeping, or Deep sleeping list of apps--THE ONLY app that isn't listed to add to those settings. May 2024 update: Having to sign in everytime I use the app is extremely annoying and inconvenient. Is this an app or website? 1 star.

Unable to do this any longer. Been with Rhapsody since 2010. Can no longer play songs on the same playble album. Cleared cache, adjusted firewall, cleared data, even downloaded full albums for offline use. The responses I get seem to be automated. Exploring other options and taking advantage of free trials to test their stability. Miss the old rhapsody. 😪 UPDATE: Never fixed the problems. Tried Spotify for 3 months and made the switch. Canceled Napster. Man, couldn't make it to 15 years.
