The app is extremely glitchy and slow crashing all the time. It is difficult to use while shopping orders delaying messages ,freezing with the camera,unable to scan produce and put in a weight. Too many steps to go through to get back to your orders delaying time. Very few good offers come thru most have many Miles in opposite directions bundled together. I don't believe they are transparent in the tips received and the company has a deployable way of treating their shoppers.

5 stars for Shipt shopping and most of the customers. 4 stars and waning for Shipt customer service. 0 stars for the Shipt app. Absolutely worst app that I have ever used ever. Constantly locks up, doesn't work, has glitches, slow, and doesn't work. Constant issues. Every. Single. Day. Multiple times. All. Day. Long. Have to constantly force it close, reboot, uninstall and reinstall. All of the time. The app is horrendous.

This app is so buggy. Especially every time they have an update. I have to frequently force a stop because of issues. Not being able to message customers, not seeing full lists of items, things just not loading and the worst, not getting offers! I won't get offers during my scheduled times but then there will be multiple orders in my area in the open metro that I never got offered. I've contacted support multiple times and haven't gotten a resolution.
