Very bad experience. Logging in is extremely difficult, And even if I manage to log in, I cannot place a trade, When I try to contact the team, they reply after 2 hours, maybe the technical web app team is not taking initiatives on complaints. Very disappointed. If my issues are not resolved within a week I will change my broker, Thank you for wasting my time.

Worst application I have ever used. The worst procedure to sign up with this, after giving your information for the signup, they ask you to connect with an agent of them for the further process of being registered. But the agent doesn't even bother to reply, if by chance he replies for once, then he will get disappeared. It's been almost 15 days and still I couldn't get registered with them.

They have done zero work on bugs in their app, it seems as if it were designed by a high school student with the number of problems you have to face day to day with just trying to operate their app and trade. And the most pathetic part is I'm not the first one with these issues, many people have posted the same review and they refuse to take even the remotest action to ammend their blundered app. Anyone leaving positive reviews probably never used a decent trading app before. Switch to AKD.
