Ratings and reviews

So far, the trading is fast, but that is if the app opens. Currently, it keeps saying I have no internet, but I am at home with a full strength WiFi and all my other apps recognize the signal. Its really frustrating when you can't trade and want to on your phone. I even restarted the app multiple times, even Un-installed and re-installed. Still no luck. Come on First Trade.

They took a basic legible app and made it an illegible mess. Used to be able to clearly see how much a stock was up or down. Now they crammed a chart into the line that forces the rest of the print to be smaller. The only improvement is you can now transfer money through the app. That could have been done without making a mess i have to scroll through

I thought the app was bad, but now they won't even let me open new positions. Anything under $10 blocked, anything with high volume, blocked. any trade with potential of making money blocked. My account is in good standings with all features turned on, they just implemented these changes in the last 2 weeks. I understand the risk and it should be my decision as to how I spend my money, not theira.

What’s new

-Iron butterfly and Iron condor strategies are now supported on the mobile app.
-The option order screen now has a profit/loss chart, along with an updated look.
-Fully paid indicators added to Positions and symbol overview.
