Ratings and reviews

The mobile app is great but I feel like overall it is a little bit slower than apps like webull. I do wish that Firstrade had a desktop app and/or for the mobile app to allow us to view the charts for specific contract options. This is a feature that webull has and robinhood has to an extent as well. It would be nice if firstrade implemented this feature. Currently 4/5 but adding that feature/speeding up interface would make the app 5/5.

Only accepts very specific banks (revolut and wise are specifically excluded), and even asks you "why don't you live in your country of citizenship". The first is a limitation of their service, but the second kinda rubbed be the wrong way. Ironically, I was researching brokers because I wanted to switch to a more international one. App looks nice at least? Also, everything seems to be shown in USD....

Sign up process is broken on Android. When I click "upload passport photo page" button it sends me back to the Login/Open An Account page - therefore creating a loop you cannot escape during the sign up process.
