Absolutely unusable. The UI is very outdated and not user-friendly at all. It is very limiting on what information you can find overall. And the load times. Oh my God the load times. IF and I mean IF it loads your actual pay stub at all, it take SEVERAL MINUTES. Like 5 plus minutes.... to load a single screen. Absolutely useless. I don't know how they sold this to a single employer.

Saps energy: Our instituition moved to the "SAP" system. The move completely messed up a previous simple application and approval system that was running fine. SAP replaced it with a convoluted and complicated and obscure process. Instead of a tabular format they replaced it with a never ending scroll format with no visual distinction between applications. Hope they realise that a social media like never ending scroll neither makes their system user-friendly or futuristic. It just saps energy!

App is extremely useless. Usually, I use this app to apply for annual leaves, but I only apply leaves in once every few months, so the chance to open this app is considered seldom. What happened was that when the time to apply leaves came, the app could not be open, even if the app was updated to the latest version. The solution is to delete and reinstall back to make it working again, this include have to register my mobile phone with the company QR code and have done this numerous times.
