First, technologically the application simply doesn't function. It indicates that it's sending your messages or likes and when you go and check it has not. So it simply doesn't work. It also has authentication issues that loops you around in circles and drops you back into no man's land. Leaving you nothing but frustrated. And last but not least the company operates like an authoritarian tyrant. They need to take some customer support 101 courses as well as provide a means for resolution.

My account was locked for literally no reason, the verification process isn't working at all and I can't even screenshot to show what it does because this stupid app blocks it and it just shows a black screen. I've sent numerous emails to support and have yet to hear anything back. My advice is to go to Bumble or literally any other app because this is the only app where the verification system literally does not work.

Messages just disappear. It happened quite a few times on two different phones, but it sucks the most when there's an important phone number. And there's no way to recover it... Defeats the purpose of the app completely. Update: almost daily receiving notification that I got a match, and she sent me a message. I open the app literally when I hear the notification sound, and there's nothing at all, no message or even a match... ridiculous
