It is recommended that you try to reinstall the DrivePro App and restart your phone before using it again.

Since the last update it will not download any files to my phone, it connects and you can view them but on galaxy s8 plus it will not download, very annoying since it was fine before the update, trying to contact them via website but it's not very user friendly, please update again so we can download files without this it's useless, they have just updated to fix a bug where it won't connect if mobile data is enabled? it hasn't fixed mine? And many others it seems, time to switch to a better camer

Wortless junk. The camera itself is decent enough but the app support is atrocious! Keeps closing, keeps hanging, and if you share a video, it gets stuck there and won't share to a different platform thereafter. If you uninstall to cure this, then you lose the videos. Won't buy a Transcend again, or recommend it. update a year on, it's still sticking old faults, as useless as ever inspite of so called updates
