A recent app update has made it so that my device is no longer detected by the app. My Bluetooth and WiFi settings are fine. Prior negative experiences with Transcend customer support means that I won't bother wasting my time trying to get their help.

We apologize for the problem you encountered, we would suggest you run the "Erase/Reset" with DrivePro Body Toolbox on your DrivePro Body and then check the situation on your smartphone again. https://www.transcend-info.com/Support/FAQ-1212 In addition, please also reinstall DrivePro Body app on your smartphone.

This seems useless. The app icon and screenshots are not the same as in the description, they must be out of date. The app instructions from the website don't help. You can't access the app unless the device is on and recording, then you switch on its WiFi, which the phone picks up. You then get an error message saying it can't connect to the internet, do you want to keep the connection or switch to another connection. You can't access any of the functions in the menu and file browser is absent.

installs fine but does not do the simplist thing that i thought it was for, such as using my phones own camera. it's not for someone that thinks the developer would make it simple. instead they need to have a VERY criptic or symbolic description of what system/combination of cameras (phone???) that you are using, i don't have time for this. JUST WANT THE #%/\!!! thing to record using my phone and IT'S own camera!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not connecting to other stuff because i wear my phone/camera!!!!!!!#!!
