The phone app has just stopped working, I can log into the app however I cannot reconfigure the app, it fails every time.. Why?? In reading the reviews it's obvious there are problems and I don't see any responses from the owners and that concerns me greatly... Can someone from the company make contact or at least give out an email address so that the many frustrated customers can communicate directly...

Anybody out there looking for alternatives to this app, try xvr view & danale lot. This app though is the only app compatible of the three with certain devices, sorry to say. So have to work around the issues with this app at times or have nothing at all, if your device is limited.

my cameras are useless now. this app was never very good and sometimes troublesome. it would appear not their servers are gonzo bunny. for a week now the app will not connect, allow password reset, or even create account anew. this is after reinstalling from scratch on both my phone and tablet.
