It would be great if it allowed me to log in using my thumb. It would be great if it let me log in at all. It says my info doesn't match anything in their system when I try to reset my password. I know for a fact it is all correct and should match. But it's telling me it doesn't. Almost like they deleted my account. I sure hope that isn't the case, but someone in the reviews had that happen to them recently. Absolute dumpster fire of an app. Get your sh together, people rely on you.

I haven't been able to open the app since I've installed it. Every once in a while I could get the old app to open, now I get told "for a better banking experience use new app" My money disappeared last month. This month, I'm afraid to even use the card except to pay a bill, even that's iffy! Never know if you are going to get declined. When you are finally able to speak to a live person, I'm told no transportation came thru! This is a nightmare!

I installed new app today. I was expecting a terrible time. After installing, all I had to do was re-register. Its been fairly easy to use, shows all my transactions, balance, etc. I have A HINT that may be helpful...if you do get into the acct, click on the profile button (little person) in the upper left corner. From there you can enable either 'fingerprint' (if your phone has it) OR 'passcode' (a 6 digit number of your choosing) so it's MUCH EASIER on subsequent logins! Hope this helps:)
