The app and it's service are awesome , easy to use ,fast, great. But getting a hold of customer service is horrible. I ordered a debit card nearly 2 months ago, haven't received it. But I can't get ahold of customer service to replace it! So be careful. Edit: Finally found a useable email for customer service and everything is sorted out. Thank you!

Horrible user interface. I hate how I can't see my notes in the transactions so I have to open each one to see what it was. I also hate how when I have to click a transaction the list scrolls me all the way to the top instead of remembering where I was. And now there's a bug where I can't scroll down to view past transactions past payment requests.

Horrible. Took forever to set up, only to get a message a minute later that my account was frozen "for activities that may be a violation of their rules." The help menus did not include what I wanted to ask (why I got frozen). I tried the chat bot, but found it to be infuriating. When I finally talked to a person, all they could tell me is it would take 7 to 10 days to investigate. No explanation. Got frozen twice more since but have never done any transactions.
