When I need it can't login. Verification takes ages. 999 steps to top up without paying a bunch of fees. Ticket cartel.... (Update) After contacting w tel the problem was solved a week late. Anyway. New problem is you took away the top-up option from that app. What kind of finance/virtual card app does not let you add money through the app?!?

Avoid at All Costs! Viva Wallet is a complete disaster. The app crashes constantly, and transactions are slow and unreliable. Customer service is useless, providing generic responses with no real help. Hidden fees are outrageously high, and my money doesn't feel safe. The entire experience is frustrating and stressful. Avoid this app at all costs!

The worst experience I' ve ever had. I ve downloaded the app through play store and since then I havent managed to log in as there is a pop-up message saying that "something went wrong. Please try again later". I ve been trying the last 15 days in vain..I contacted the chat but the robot is unable to resolve the problem as it iterates itself with the same suggested solutions that I ve tried already. I asked for a phone number from the customer service..but no answer.
