Copenhagen Card is the official sightseeing pass to Copenhagen. Copenhagen Card Discover gives you entrance to 80+ attractions, and free public transportation (train, metro, bus & harbor bus). Copenhagen Card Hop gives you entrance to 40+ attractions in the city center, and free use of Stromma’s Hop-on-Hop-Off buses.

Ratings and reviews

Easy to use, can save you significant money over the course of a visit (if you get up early and stay moving). Access to trains and busses around the city is incredible. Suggest you also install the Rejseplanen transportation app for navigation. Great experience. Calling the admissions "free" is relative. We figured that at 7 attractions over 4 days we broke even. Took trains, busses and even boats everywhere.

Unfortunately I have to redo my review. Some unfortunate stuff is happening. 2nd time buying cards. The old expired cards can not be removed and are staying as first in the queue. Having had 5 cards and now again 5 I need to scroll trough 10 cards in order to show the last active one. That's as pain especially as after scanning one card it jumps back to the 1st expired one.

I've only just downloaded the app in preparation for my trip. So I'll be back to complete my review. During the planning phase, I wish there were a feature so that once I've selected the places I'm interested in visiting (by marking them as 'favourite' with the 💜), that I could then go to the map later, and see only the ones I've 💜. I think this would be helpful so I could then plan my train/metro rides, and decide which venues I could group together in the same outing.
