Registration is terrible but you can get U.S.A. to appear if you select English as the language (even though it's already selected). If you have to, select a different language then reselect English. Also, the registration "Accept" button is super small (almost invisible) at the way bottom left next to the small user agreement text. Stupid small, but it's there. For easier time install "Lefant Life." If you have more than one vac it is easier to switch between them with that app

Is this a joke? I can't even register! First of all, US is not even an option for country. So I chose Mexico just to move forward. Then it only gives you the option to log in, not register. I finally found where to register but when you click register, it says you must check the box to agree. THERE IS NO BOX!! this looks like a dummy app with no actual content. I don't see how ppl are giving this any more than 1 star. It's not even functional!

I only want to hoover up, but no, you need Bluetooth on, got to turn your wi-fi on too, and since I have my wi-fi on a timer...Next they'll be having us logging in to take a pie out of the Oven. Finally working, it's not going to beat a powerful regular vac, but it does a surprisingly good job. Now I've forgotten my password so had to go through pwd reset, And of course the reset link hasn't come through yet. All this nonsense for a ####### hoover. Yes the hoover is good but...
