I've been using the Zong app for a while now, and I've noticed that it's becoming increasingly slow. The refresh times and overall response rates have significantly lagged, making it frustrating to navigate. I recommend the developers look into optimizing performance to enhance user experience. With some improvements, this app could be much more efficient.

I have been using this app for the past few months, but now the Zong network has become extremely slow. Due to its slow speed, a lot of my time is wasted during downloading. The speed has become so slow that even sending a message takes a lot of time. I am very disappointed with this service from the Zong network. Please improve this service back to its previous level so that we can enjoy its 4G speed. Given the current speed of the Zong network, this app does not even deserve five stars Thanks

Poor Internet Service from Zong Zong's internet service has been very disappointing. The connection is constantly slow and drops frequently, making it impossible to get anything done. Customer support is unhelpful and doesn't offer real solutions. I expected better reliability from Zong, but unfortunately, it's been a frustrating experience. I don't recommend Zong to anyone seeking a stable internet connection👎
