TREVO is a car sharing platform where users can book any car that fits the needs and wants for the trips they are going to, from the nearest trusted owners (hosts) in the TREVO community.

TREVO envisions a world where the community is closer, mobility is better, and traveling is easier. We aim to help our renters reach where the trains don’t, and to fill the gaps in their journey by exploring with any car, while hosts earn extra income to finance their cars when improving mobility in Indonesia at the same time.

We aim to provide a vehicle for every occassion, from a pick up truck to house camping equipments, to a chauffeured Rolls-Royce for a special wedding day, to an MPV that takes your family or friends on a road trip, the selection of cars we have will eventually help you to drive your dreams.

Ratings and reviews

I have used Trevo several times with varying experience , most of them are very good. Hence I am giving them a 4.5 starts rating. Booking, payment, searching for the car is a breeze. If there is any cancelation the funds also credited back to my Trevo wallet within minutes. One thing to improve is to vet whether a vehicle is in good condition or not. Host needs to be honest about the car condition. My suggestion is to choose reliable host, regular bookings with them and enjoy the ride.

I do not recommend using this application. The host is unable to cancel your booking, and cancel within a 48-hour window you will be charged. No car show and lost money. Reported this issue through the application but not receive a response. Trying to send an email, I was advised to request a refund directly from the host. There is no guarantee regarding the services provided. I understand that new application may not be entirely stable. It's unacceptable that you're evading the responsibility.

Dont use this app, its a con... This the first time i use their apps, their host not responding, when tried to reached their CS on livechat, their livechat message input function was disabled... Meaning they are trying all possible way that make sure you cant reached them... When you could reached them after many attempts, they told you to cancel the booking, but when you process a cancellation, they penalty you with one day rental charges... So, they are just making you like a donkey...
