the new update removed the old feature where customers can view their smart Fiber+ balance, making the app stupider. the agent won't be able to tell that information to you as well unless you give that information to them.. so ridiculous. If I had known, why would I need to check the app or call the agent? useless app, useless customer service, useless company.. you will lose customers if you continue down this road.
