the app is very good but my problem is that to order the item card to kwara state is not there please take note of that I need an A T M and I didn't have anyone at Lagos on like opay palmpay even V Bank they can deliver your ATM card for you please take note

this is a worst online banking app I have ever used I sent money to my other account since 2days I have never received the money yet no Good customer service only by email and when I reported the complaint through their email I got no response since and my money was no where to found all my money is in this app and I have never eat since yesterday this a scam Bank redflag 🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🇦🇱🚩🚩

Logging into the app is unreliable.... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The same inconsistency applies to their ATM Card. Worst of all, POS transactions with issued card frequently fail with the message 'Do Not Honor.' I’ve reached out to their customer service through one of their official channels, but I’ve yet to receive any response.
