Ratings and reviews

When trying to open some of the app's pages (T&C, Contact Us, About us, Data Privacy Statement), an add for QR PH pops up without an option to close it. Pressing back once just takes me back to the menu page. This is a huge concern since the app is basically not allowing a customer to read through some legalities.

One thing I hate about this app is its OTP authentication. I changed my phone and wanted to log in to my account in my new device but no matter how hard and how many times I tried I just couldn't because of the OTP algorithm. The app implements 60sec waiting time for the OTP, but the text message always arrives when the waiting time expires. This is a terrible user experience when compared to how seamless GCash OTP system is and how convenient and reliable GSIS Touch biometric authentication is.

Not user Friendly, a lot of Error during process, transactions are not proceeding. A lot to improve, go for it. I'm rooting for you but for now frustrating pa experience ko sa app N ito.
