I am very disappointed with the usability of this app. I am using a Moto G40 mobile phone, and while attempting to log in, the Login button appears below the visible portion of the screen, overlapping with the phone’s navigation buttons. As a result, when I try to tap the Login button, the app either minimizes or closes because the tap falls on the navigation area instead of the app interface. I was purchased 4 tickets by using top up e money via bank card. However, the ticket can not be scanned or resulted as not valid. We do not know what's the problem, it's seem different methodology to read the date in the phone system either use georgian or Hijriah version because I'm a tourist. Finally, we have to debated with driver. However, we still can enter to the bus. Hopefully, this issue can be resolved.

i hope they have apple pay or mada pay to pay at the same time without take a ticket from the app or from the station because sometimes when the internet goes offline the app gets off
