The Scan and Pay feature was working well, but just now I tried using a saved qr code from Wise from Photo Library. The app didn't recognise it. But I could send the same image to my wife's phone, then use the camera in the app to scan the code and make the payment. So the QR recognition library for uploaded images is not working.

Balance figure is not instant update after transfer, have to log out and login again to see the correct sum. Function cannot work and stuck all the time...hard to locate needed services in the menu Better categorised menu, design, font and colour are all recommended to be improved in order to enhance the total customer experience, ease of use and user friendliness.

Since installing this app, it does not remember my userid. So every time I login I have to key both my userid and p/w. Annoying. This issue did not occur with the original DBS Digibank app that this replaced. Also this app logs me out 'due to inactivity' even while I am using the app, eg updating my transfer limits.
