5 User Management and certain administrative capabilities are restricted to Customer System Administrators (CSAs) on the business profile. Other conditions may apply, such as if the business has enrolled in Dual Authorization for certain transactions. Refer to the Digital Banking Service Agreement for more information.

6 Approvals are currently applicable for businesses who are enrolled in Dual Authorization, where two business users are required to complete certain transactions (one initiator and one approver).

Really like the new app. Only complaint so far is I wish transactions weren't listed as a number but rather the name of the place the transaction was made. For example, I actually have to click on each transaction that is listed as a number instead of the retail store to be able to see where the transaction was made . Very time consuming and frustrating. Hopefully they'll fix that.

The new app is less than stellar. This morning it's telling me an update is required but offers no instructions how. In the check ledger, all you see are large number strings for individual transactions. Once you modify the transaction to resemble something meaningful such as the payee name, the app takes you all the way back to the top of the register and not where I was working, extremely frustrating.

if I could give this a negative star rating I would unfortunately I have to stay with Vectra bank but this app is terrible I was told in February of 2018 that it would be fixed here we're going on another year and there still is no fix in sight. I have an Android phone and at least once if not twice per week I have to uninstall the app reinstall it to make it work. Vectra get with the program you may have me hostage as a customer but there are many many choices out there for other people.
