It did work for me but so many reviews keep mentioning it not on their devices. The whole concept of needing an app FROM the internet to get ON the internet makes no sense: I'm somewhere new without internet, I need to get on eduroam to get the app but can't. I know it's installs certificates and all but it still requires only username/password so doesn't represent any better security. Just tell people how to configure their connection like you used to.

The number of chicken-n-egg scenarios that are built into this whole eduroam way of doing things is mind boggling. You need an internet connection to download an app, for the app to load institutions, to connect to your university help page if things don't work, and so on. All this for a supposed convenience. At the end it still doesnt work on Android 11. Android goes between "connecting" and "saved", without bothering to say what exactly went wrong).

The app simply does not work! First, it should not be needed. There should be a manual way to configure eduroam; moreover, this app requires an internet connection, which leads to chicken-and-egg situation really soon. Second, it does *not* have an option display your password. For someone using a strong password, this is a major PITA. Moreover, the connection just always fails. The application has no checks whatsoever, so there's no way to know why it fails. USELESS, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
