The app frequently (about 80% of the time) won't load on my Android phone without me restarting the phone. No idea why it does this. Edit: I figured out I can get the app to load properly if I execute a Force Stop on it. It will re-start and load properly. This is better than restarting my phone. To date I haven't had any help from Tech Support, despite a flurry of emails. Lot of chatter, no action.

Bug after bug all year long. This app is a service we pay for yet it's full of bugs. For a while it was duplicating people's post, then it provides you a link but when the app open the window you see says (ooops! Something went wrong) the text also doesn't support copy and paste option. Looking at the screen shots the app looks very professional yet it's full of bugs and lack essential functions also TS support never follows up on any email or ticket created, there's room for improvement.

Website and app are both poorly designed, from the ground up. No support for mobile devices on the website, UI is bad, double notifications for everything, and ease of navigation seems to have been completely forgotten. Can't even pay my HOA fees. Literal scams on the play store can manage to steal your money, and this company won't LET me pay them. And after leaving messages at their office each month since I had the displeasure of moving into a property they manage, no one has contacted me.
