How long will the app be under maintenance? The website is shut down, the app is not working. The service keeps getting worse.

Very bad service, ignorance and negligence. I order in Saturday 18th April 2020 for my daughter birthday in 24th April. Yet I did not receive any call. And the contact centre are not picking the phone for 3 days. Very bad experience and will certainly never recommend toys r us for anyone. And will be the last time order from them. Very bad. If there is less than a star I will certainly give them -10. Also their Facebook page are not responding

The search function doesn't work. Item lists take forever to load. There's nowhere to save your rewards card. The website is better.
