if you check the 1* reviews you will see that contacting customer service who don't realise they are just supporting a loyalty program will get you nowhere. What is someone else accessing your account going to do? Buy something and give you points? Get a discount on your birthday? It's so funny how out of perspective CS is. They already have 2FA with email and phone number but this isn't enough for them. Small people in brief authority.

so it's been 2 months and to recover the OPT, they ask you more information then you need to open a bank ACCOUNT. once you logged out, good luck begging them to able to help you log in back to your account, they don't care about the customer,

Called customer service many times and asked for a call back to resolve major issues.. Never called back neither solved the problems. It is unfortunate to deal with such loyalty program while lacking professional communication channels and personnel. No one care and no one able to solve issues for over 3 months now. It is a waste of time to keep up with the program if you expect anything from it except for the cash back rewards.
