Unable to register. It hangs amids registration process. I then deleted the app and reinstall. And it recognizes my phone number and asked for password. No password has been set before because it hangs in the middle. Then I press forgot password and ask for OTP code. it says error, no code was sent. then i press log in with Google, error again. Absolutely rubbish app. please take it off the shelves for the sake of people's sanity. You are doing everyone a great disservice

I was at the Ikea cashier trying to log in using my registered phone number. The application insisted on changing my password and then there was no way to log in again. Ikea staff all tried to help, i cleared the cache, tried to log in with Google/ Facebook, i even uninstalled and installed again. nothing worked. The result was that i paid without the app and lost HUGE amount of points. A non reliable app.

At the current state, the app is unusable. I am unable to login using any of the login methods available. Google login loads forever and Phone Number login does not send the otp even after several attempts. The team at Al Futtaim must investigate their app development team, such critical errors are not acceptable.

Introduced Mallathon Challenge, a location-based weekly walking challenge within Walk & Earn. Users can join at Dubai Festival City Mall, compete on a live leaderboard, track their progress, and earn Blue Points through weekly challenges.
