this is a good membership to join but there are major flaws in the app. firstly I referred 3 others to join but was not credited the 1000 points for each as indicated. After playing the word games on 2 consecutive days, my points are also not credited. lucky spin points are said to be credited within 7 days. shall monitor this. wrote in several times via email but no reply. the service team is unable to resolve any issue. I have written in repeatedly to no avail.

when I'm doing account verification by email it's giving unexpected error, however I sent an email to help desk there answer it's like I want to rest the router to get internet reconnection, they gave 3 options, first ensure the app updated ((which I just download it)), 2ed restart mobile, 3rd making sure that I have enough space I don't have time to keep trying something that not working accurate,

Very disappointing experience. After the latest updates, the app has become even more confusing. Points are often not counted correctly, and the option to convert points to the wallet suddenly disappeared without informing users. Now points seem to be limited to unclear and mostly useless offers. The system has been unreliable from the beginning, and many users report the same issue. Transparency is seriously lacking. Be careful before investing your time in this app.
