Very disappointing experience. After the latest updates, the app has become even more confusing. Points are often not counted correctly, and the option to convert points to the wallet suddenly disappeared without informing users. Now points seem to be limited to unclear and mostly useless offers. The system has been unreliable from the beginning, and many users report the same issue. Transparency is seriously lacking. Be careful before investing your time in this app.

Great concept, but the app performance is frustrating. The Blue Rewards programme is actually very useful for collecting points and getting cashback across Al-Futtaim brands like IKEA, Marks & Spencer, and ACE. However, the app experience has become quite poor lately. -Slow Loading: The app takes forever to load, and often just hangs on the splash screen. -Unresponsive: Even once it opens, it often stops responding or crashes when trying to access my QR code or offers.

so it's been 2 months and to recover the OPT, they ask you more information then you need to open a bank ACCOUNT. once you logged out, good luck begging them to able to help you log in back to your account, they don't care about the customer,
