At the current state, the app is unusable. I am unable to login using any of the login methods available. Google login loads forever and Phone Number login does not send the otp even after several attempts. The team at Al Futtaim must investigate their app development team, such critical errors are not acceptable.

Very disappointing experience with the Blue App. After topping up AED 20,000, the app suddenly required verification. However, every time I try to upload my Emirates ID, the screen goes blank. This issue has remained unresolved for two days despite repeated requests for support. My funds are effectively frozen due to a technical problem, which is unacceptable. For a company with Majid Al Futtaim's reputation, I expected far better reliability and customer service.

this is a good membership to join but there are major flaws in the app. firstly I referred 3 others to join but was not credited the 1000 points for each as indicated. After playing the word games on 2 consecutive days, my points are also not credited. lucky spin points are said to be credited within 7 days. shall monitor this. wrote in several times via email but no reply. the service team is unable to resolve any issue. I have written in repeatedly to no avail.
