Huge downgrade – points are now useless: The recent update ruined the rewards system by removing the point-to-wallet credit conversion without any warning. Now, points only "buy" vouchers for partner brands that were previously free, meaning you’re now paying points for discounts that require a purchase. Total lack of transparency and a massive step backward for user value.

this is a good membership to join but there are major flaws in the app. firstly I referred 3 others to join but was not credited the 1000 points for each as indicated. After playing the word games on 2 consecutive days, my points are also not credited. lucky spin points are said to be credited within 7 days. shall monitor this. wrote in several times via email but no reply. the service team is unable to resolve any issue. I have written in repeatedly to no avail.

Very disappointing experience. After the latest updates, the app has become even more confusing. Points are often not counted correctly, and the option to convert points to the wallet suddenly disappeared without informing users. Now points seem to be limited to unclear and mostly useless offers. The system has been unreliable from the beginning, and many users report the same issue. Transparency is seriously lacking. Be careful before investing your time in this app.
