9 days with "support" and still waiting. Apparently reached a withdraw threshold? Found there in terms 600$/year limit. Only withdrew 90$ish and have 115$ still waiting to be withdrawn. No help or real answers from support. Support is well... Was told if they couldn't get my "daily withdraw limit" fixed they would do manual withdraw. (Not to mention nothing said about daily limit) 3 days later, they said they can't do that either. FTC, Google play, and BBB complaints filed.

I just downloaded the app a few hours ago and it was going perfectly fine. Then when I reached level 2 on the task, I didn't receive credit. I report it to the support. A few hours later, my account was on hold. I am a new player, what?

Lies all lies. I wanted to test out the app, so I downloaded it and played one game. I got rewarded for all but one, which was the biggest reward on the game. It said to reach level 100, which I did and didn't receive my reward, so I contacted customer service and showed the screenshots of it asking me to reach level 100, but I am on level 103 and their response was We regret to inform you that your issue was found to be ineligible for the reward
