Ratings and reviews

The interest rate is exceptional but the app's UI is not that user-friendly, it's kinda confusing and the app's security is alarming. Everytime I exit the app and open it again, it doesn't ask again for your pin or fingerprint to access the app again. It needs a lot of improvements. Also, I don't fully understand what are the 20,000 vouchers are for, I hope they include more information with it and Terms & Conditions. I hope the developer would be able to improve this in the next future updates.

For the second time, I had to contact customer service for my instapay bank transfer. It does not automatically reflect on my LBP account as it should. This is a terrible experience and more frustrating when you needed the money for emergency and you had to wait for 3 business days to get reflected.

App is crashing within Samsung's Secure folder but is working fine on normal installation. Security needs improvement as well. This is a bank app and definitely contains sensitive info but it doesn't even have a session expiry. You are forever logged in unless you explicitly log out. Good and plentiful promos but security is still questionable so I'm still reluctant to put a large amount of my savings here.
