Absolute trash! Have to reset wifi connection everyday. Every other device in my house (including another printer) stays connected all the time except this piece of junk. Now? It won't connect at all! App keeps telling me that Rollo can't "validate" my network password. Interesting since again every other device in the house is connected! Don't buy a wireless rollo!!!!

I'm truly starting to regret my purchase. I updated the app, and now it won't even open and crashes seconds after launching. Prior to the update, it appears my account was deleted, but when I try to register, it says I already have an account. Multiple issues with labels printing incorrectly, even with the 'solutions' provided by support. It's beyond frustrating to pay so much money and have so many issues.

This app does not work. It just says there is a problem and doesn't open or work but I still get notifications. I've deleted and re downloaded and nothing. Also I use to print custom labels and can know longer do that. Had to delete and re install just so can print my regular shipping labels. Can no longer print from the phone only from the computer. Rollo had gone down hill big time.
