Very much pathetic service. for recovery I am trying for the last few months. Code is not received. All the time In my " آپ کے نمبر پر کوڈ بھیج دیا گیا ہے " message received is opinion None of the officials have ever used this app. that is why the problem has not been solved. PITB should be accounted for this bug. Also send the email but no reply

I'm trying to resubmit my rejected application, but resubmit option suddenly closes tha app, I tried on 3 different phones but problem remains same Kindly resolve this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

The app isn't great and doesn't cover all the steps online. It looks like it was made by someone with basic training. There's no online payment option, and you can't review, edit, or cancel your application. You have to physically go to the PKM office for payment and document collection. That's a problem if you're overseas. It's kind of pointless since you could just send someone to the office to handle everything, including submitting the application.
