I installed this application and found the interface looks good, but it is not user-friendly. Unlike similar apps like Tabby, it doesn't provide a tutorial after sign-up. Additionally, customer support is slow.

Bad customer support. Tabby is way better. I paid all my pending payments and my orders are getting declined for no reason. Verification process is done, no due payments but still orders are declined! The only reason I use this kind of app is not for installments purposes but for "security" reasons. But if the service and customer support is this bad. Guess Ill just pay directly to merchants. -1 star for you 🤷

Tamara made it easier to purchase stuff through its installment payment plan. Easy to use for a first timer like me. The idea of using the app at the beginning was intimidating but they made it easier to use and understand because I tend to overthink. Nevertheless, let's shop responsibly :)
