Edited from 5 to 1. They are hiding their cancellation options on the app. Cannot cancel within cancellation window, and when I try it on the browser, it keeps redirecting to the app, where there is no option. Finally figured to cancel on the browser, but it fails, even within the cancellation window. Now I have to deal with the customer service person.

Set up a hotel stay in Oklahoma city, hotel could not get me checked in, had to call booking, after a very long hold time, I get told the property needs to call booking. Property never called, I called booking back, got hung up on, have reached our multiple times to via their chat, it never gets escalated. I will never use this app again! They also do not accommodate very well with fluent English speakers, constant language barrier issues on the phone. Use Travelocity or kayak.

They allowed me took book a stay, and the property wouldn't even allow me to stay there because I lived "within 28 miles of the property." I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a month trying to get a refund. I wish I could rate lower that 1 star. EDIT: It's officially been 4 months with no refund in sight. Second Edit: 8 months and counting
