Ratings and reviews

The app is such a waste of time. If you log in, your reservations are not there. You can import your reservation by entering your res # and last name. You will get a pop up saying your reservation has been successfully imported, but then you're looped back to the import reservation page. This goes on forever in a loop. Go to their website to check in online and it directs you back to the app. Hope my car is there when I get to the counter.

A real bad app Design - Poorly designed app. For example when you scroll through a list (i.e. Countries) all are grayed out until you select one. but this makes it difficult to select from the list. features not working - I imported the booking (reference number), it confirmed it was imported, but you cannot find the booking list anywhere, in order to be able to online check-in. Useless!

A truly awful app. I rarely write reviews but I've never had a worse experience on an app. Firstly the account creation doesn't work. So you press contact us and nothing loads. So you uninstall and reinstall the app and the contact us finally loads. You hit call. It dials the number, but the number in the app is incorrect. Europcar, sort your QA out.
