This app does not work right. The calendar is broken and you can't see rentals on the calendar with the dates and times like the old app. The calendar function only works on a browser manually copy and paste the link. You can only block off times in 12 hour increments. Sometimes I only need my car for 1-2 hours, but now will have to block it off for 12 hours at a time. Please improve the calendar ASAP, reverse the time block change. Consult hosts before rolling out changes. Thanks.

The way of advertising prices is very misleading. You will pay a hefty fee per kilometre traveled (in addition to the base fee of the car advertised on the website) which takes the total bill far higher (in our case 3 times higher) than what was advertised. You might as well go with a traditional car rental - this isn't, in the end, any cheaper, despite appearances.

The verification process is arduous and does not work. You have to upload dozens of documents and then the verification is blocked by a requirement that does not apply to your situation (e.g. uploading a visa stamp on the passport). I have been trying to verify my profile my for 24 hours to no avail and uploaded too many docs. Also, the app does not seem to hide unavailable cars from search results. 70% of my requests were rejected due to unavailable cars during my rental period!!!!
