I've been a courier for over a month now. Love it but the app sometimes shows a delivery notification then disappears on me and shows no delivery notification. It's a bug in the app that needs to be fixed. Also it would be a plus if I can see what the customer ordered, that way I can make sure the whole order is there and nothing is missing. Also when people leave feedback I'd like to see WHO made the feedback. That way I know which customers left feedback so I can thank them.

From the number of similar complaints, I'd say you're going to lose half your couriers if you don't fix this app. Had one perfect shift. Second shift, connection issues despite 5 bars of service, "changes have been made to your current order" pop-ups despite not being offered a single order in the whole shift. Restart/reinstall fixed nothing. Support giving me canned answers that have nothing to do with the problem. Gota imagine customers are experiencing longer waits because of this too.

I've recently started Uber, and the quality of the app compared to this is night and day. I just lost an order because this damm app constantly fails to ring its notification sound. I've looked at all my notification settings, and it should be all good. Brand new phone and still the same critical problems. It's laggy, glitches, constantly needs updates,pay is not as good as Uber etc. I've been using it for years and I'm amazed at how much better Uber is un every way.
