Awful app. If you add more of an item it doesnt update the basket so you have to always check if the basket has updated. This happens every time. Additionally many items that are in the shops do not appear on the app, this is basic items such as fresh full milk, Yogurt or sliced bread or Strawberries. If you need to check on your notes for what you need and you back on the app, your search results disappear and you have to search again. Overall one of the worst apps I have ever used.

I tried Earth supermarket twice and it's really bad in terms of fresh items, late delivery, delivering less items, late refund, follow up issues, neglecting discount codes! However, Viva in the same app is really recommended in all aspects, I used it many times.

I have placed an order and for 3 hours not delivered, even when contacted CS they asked me to call the shop to cancel order however i did but no one answered my call and CS just closed the ticket with no action at all, very poor and unprofessional team and app not helpful at all
