Great app, I can vary the duration, target specific areas of my body in a session, and the video demos and verbal instructions are excellent. Edit (11/13/2021): app has a very small button that's hard to press in order to restore earlier purchases. Sneaky, deceptive design practice to get you to sign up for a subscription, which I won't be doing.

I have enjoyed this app. I like the studio classes and how they are set up. I've been using it for 4 or 5 years now. I love the customization option but it has never worked for me. It always kicks me out. I was finally able to save one, but when you click on the chain icon to link poses, the app stops working. It's a great yoga app for beginners! Just wish the customization worked.

Update: Very thankful that they fixed the issue with lifetime members losing access to the content they had paid for when the app was bought out. I'm looking forward to using this app again, I loved it! Thanks! Old review: So disappointed in this app. I bought the paid version years ago and it was great and simple, then they decided to switch to a monthly fee with not much extra content, and I'm now unable to use the previous content which I paid for. Such a dirty move. I'm super disappointed.
