Unintelligible. Lacks clear steps to follow. App never EVER connects despite having correct network SSID and password, with cell phone set to 2.4 ghz. App poses questions without answers. Instead of instructing to turn unit on or off, it asks "is device turned on?", without telling which is correct. Standard checklist format always phrases questions so that the desired answer is ALWAYS "yes", but this app seems to mix up yes and no in the checklist, so the checklist makes NO sense

This app is complicate to add devices as mentioned by others. Once you have it configured, it works but not always. The user interface seems to believe it's simple, but it's not intuitive. Also it quits randomly. One irritating thing is that the app always starts up with a dialog box to add devices (complicated), and it takes a few seconds to get rid of it. I am opening the app to control devices I've added. If I want to add devices, I will select "add devices" from the menu, not see it first.

Works eventually, but very VERY slow to respond. I wish you would improve your servers so the app response time was fast. It usually takes 3 or 4 tries and 10 to 20 minutes to get this to work. You just have to set home or away and remember to look at it 5 or 10 minutes later and most likely try again. It works after a while! Setup is very tricky because the sequence is very timing dependent and have to swap wifi connection manually a couple of times. A good engineer could fix this!!
