App experience is not smooth. There seem to be a lot of bugs between moving from page to page. Definitely needs updating. Also promo codes are non-functional.

So far in 2024 this apps location want work even though I'm working on campus right across the street from hangover easy I don't want to go there put in order and wait 20 plus minutes for my food just want to order online and pick it up but cant

neither app, or website has worked in 2 months, and the phone is down at the OSU location, so satbon hold for 25 minutes. missing out on rewards because the app doesn't work
